Day 3, 4, and 5.
Day 3…started with nothing, yep nothing. Well that is an idea. Which led to ‘what is nothing?’ ‘How would nothing look?’
Day 4 became escapes and retreats for writing prompts… and different angles visually.
Day 5 woke me at 3 am. Wallpaper, yes wallpaper. Visions of swirling paisleys and god awful giant flowered wallpaper. Can’t go into the idea, but it then started a name game in my head. No sleep then up at 6 am to face a full day of reluctant teen artists.
*including journal tip: take a paper bag (lunch sack, or the kind you may get at an adult beverage store) cut at the second crease. Then glue bottom to back of inside cover. The bag will fold when closed and you can open it up to store lose pieces of inspiration. Nothing will fall out when you carry the book around.
